Dondra and Chibueze's wedding was one of my favorites from last year. It took place in the fall (favorite!) and they were really inspired by all things organic and natural, with an industrial flair (another favorite!). I had a blast working with them and found out they are due with their first child at any moment now. Congrats to D & C!!
I traveled to Chicago for an incredible natural, communal and heartfelt family celebration. How lucky was I to have been a part of it!
For D & C's wedding we used a lot of plum, burgundy, and greens, with D's bouquet as exception. She wanted all white, and to keep it really simple. We were lucky enough to get a good amount of amazing peonies in October, cobra lilies, herbs, ranunculus and tons of fruits and berries to accent. Their greenery installation on the wall has to be my favorite part though. I truly enjoyed designing and creating for these two. It's so fun to relive everything through photos.
Thank you to Green Wedding Shoes for the incredible feature! To read more from D & C, make sure to check out GWS and their post! Don't forget to check out their amazing wedding video too by Amor in Motion. It's posted at the end of all of the photos. :)
