Spring time is one of my favorite times in the Gorge in Oregon. The Columbia Gorge Hotel is a stunning location for a spring wedding and if you love cherry blossoms, you won't be disappointed!Read More
This blog post has been a long time coming. I think this session actually took place around this time last year?! Crazy how fast time flies. My friend Lexia Frank is such a talented film photographer and is putting together a book for other photographers, or just anyone who wants to learn more about film photography. She needed a few subjects to photograph for a few of her lessons, which is where I came in. :) I love all of the different levels of lighting she used in these photos. So interesting and unique! Thanks for including me Lexia, I love your work!
Earlier this year I collaborated on a wedding inspiration shoot with some of the best vendors in Portland, OR! Spring is one of the best times of the year for beautiful flowers, so I went all out with shades of white, blush, purple and green flowers. Lots of amazing ranunculus, hellebores, spirea and tweedia too!

This winter was pretty tough to get through in Portland. We had so much rain and we went months and months with very few, if any sunny days! If there is anything good about an Oregon winter, it's this. How beautiful are these birch trees?
Jenni was dreaming up a winter bouquet for this shoot, and that's exactly what I created! Lots of greenery and twiggy details, with pops of winter white flowers such as lisanthus and spider mums. I even include some dried lunaria too! It was nice to play with some winter flowers and textures that I don't get to use often.
Thank you to Trendy Bride Magazine for featuring our work! It's always a treat to have our designs published. :)
The Oregon coast is a beautiful place for a wedding or elopement. It is so serene and the atmosphere is breathtaking. Will and Zoe were such a cute couple to work with! These stunning images were also featured on Wedding Sparrow. :)
This turned out to be one of my favorite wedding bouquets. I love the mix of colors and textures. It was a fun, muddy color palette to work with with the white dahlias, mauve and purple roses and burgundy scabiosa.
